Transaction Policy

Payments for group and monthly one-one coaching programs will be billed monthly on the calendar date on which you registered.

Billing will occur each month automatically by PayPal on the card provided at purchase.

If you change your mind, you have a 7 day grace period to cancel with no penalties.

Refunds are subject to a 10-12 business day processing period.

Please make note of your subscription's automatic renewal date.

To cancel your monthly subscription, you must notify us via email at vernonlindsay@vlindsayphd.com,

5 business days prior to subscription renewal date.

There is no additional cancelation fee.

Upon cancelation you will receive confirmation to the email address used to subscribe.

You will then be removed from the group(s).

There are no refunds or pro-ration once the month is paid.

Cancelation of prepaid one-one services are subject to a 50% payment, not to exceed $100.

All digital products are a FINAL sale.
